    We've got them in our home!


    We've had them for the past few months. I only come home every 2/3 weeks, so I've been pretty safe (only got bitten 2-3 times), but my family from India and my mom have been sick and tired of dealing with the little suckers. They went from one bed to the next. We bought 2 new beds recently, and now nobody sleeps on it because it's been infested with the bugs. As soon as we first started to see them coming out, my mom has been going crazy cleaning. We vacuumed every single room and sprayed each bed, but they're still here! :(

    Anyone know how to get rid of them for good? Any spray/disinfectant?

    I was just reading about them on wikipedia, and they said that since they're attracted to carbon dioxide, you can fill a balloon and leave it on the floor. Another trick is to leave a piece of tape on the floor corners. I'll try these tonight.

    i THINK i had bedbugs not too long ago...about a month ago i believe...

    i didnt quite see them, but i woke up with 8 bites...5 on my stomach and 3 on my arms..i dunno if it was just from being bitten by mosquitos, or if it was actually bed bugs

    if it happened overnight, then it most likely was bed bugs..

    some bed bugs are dormant..like, they'll suck your blood once, and then go back and hide until they're hungry again...I suggest you clean your sheets and blankets regularly and vacuum the seams in your mattress..I'm doing the same tonight..

    ewwwwwwwww gross. they never go away until u hire an exterminator. they can live for a year in ur walls and stuff with no food. HIRE SOMEONE

    you're right...I keep telling my mom that she's gonna go to jail if she doesn't get professional help..lol..I did it because I know she's not gonna spend her money to do it...everyday cleaning isn't gonna cut it..
