      greatest producer ever?... eh maybe pete rock might have something to say. nonetheless amazing producer. i just dont like how he hates on dj's sometimes

      I agree with you on the Pete Rock thing...But honestly after Petestrumentals, his work has been meh..I could say the same for Primo as well but he's stepping it up as of late. As for his take on DJ's...the man comes from an era where originality mattered..Nowadays everyone is just a cookie cutter copy of the next.

      Primo is great, I'm not going to deny it. One man that's an underdog is my man Hi-tek. One of the sickest producers on the piano.

      Hi-tek is nice but his albums of late have been kind of sorry. His last one was meh... didnt even make it to my harddrive.

      I actually think the most underrated producers are the Beatnuts.

      I agree with that 100 million percent.

      Anyway, I would def have to agree with Saj, Primo is the best. I don't even know what it is, but he just knows how to make a banger. He had a moment there where he was bein real repetitive, but lately he's def been steppin it up. If you go to Primo, you're guaranteed fire. And his resume is ridiculous.

      Pete Rock is good, but he's not anywhere near Primo's level. Sorry.

      And yeah, Hi-Tek is good too but his last album wuz ehh.
