Energy Drinks

So I drink coffee once in a while, but prefer 1 energy drink per day to get me thru the day

Ive tried just about all of them, and this morning have ventured into trying "Unbound Energy, lo-carb" (it was on sale 2 for $3)

SHITS GARBAGE!

till this day I find Rockstar no carb, the blue can to be the best, and it only has like 20 calories, no sugar, tastes the best

any recommendations out there for something else to try?

i havent really found one except redbull that doesn't give me the jittery feeling

i much rather have a cup of coffee though

I just cant drink regular coffee, hate the taste, I have to do the starbucks thing, I usually get a nonfat mocha

but that shit adds up $$$$

So I try to avoid it all together, I get the Rockstar from Amazon, comes out to under $2 a can

5hour Energy Shot is actually NOT that bad. it got me jittery the first time I had it..but I had alcohol with it so I dont think that was a good idea..but I prefer it cause its a quick shot and I dont need to chug all that liquid like a Red Bull to get the effects..

not a fan of energy drinks, would much rather have a cup of coffee instead but if i had to dirnk one, i'd choose redbull or full throttle (made by coke i believe), its not bad, doesnt have that weird taste to it like most energy drinks

I would think the sugar content in those is astronomical, stay away from anything Mountain Dew related, unless u want to get urself a pudgy stomach (and make us men cry)

sleep on time..get enough sleep and enjoy full breakfast..that should keep you on a natural high...at least it did for me for good 6 years of work life..then i started working at new intense place that required less sleep more work and I turned to coffee...

I personally don't like any energy drinks..

there used to be an energy drink called cocaine... it was like some bad ass shit... idk i think they banned it or something? some kid tried selling them in my school and the idiot on his first sale got caught haha

not the brightest kid im guessing? cause walking around lunch period saying "i got cocaine for sale" is probably not the best way to get valedictorian.
