no need to buy him out, its open source...so any company can do whatever with it....im sure hell get money from the patent of the technology...

the licensing of the technology is open source. you'll still have to buy the hardware that goes along with it and myrid of 'applications' such as watches and cellphones.

but this isnt something new. i mean its a fucking twist on a wearable computer. instead of a screen or a set top display, he's got a projector. change in apparatus does bring its magic but its still far far away. from knowing what i know about technology, you'd atleast need to carry 2-3 cellphone worth of weight around to make this shit happen. and at some points in time, a projector isnt going to cut it. what if you're walking in a park, or driving, or in a really sunny spot? there are limitations due to the way information is being displayed. i'd prefer a HUD display on my glasses instead.
