Well it depends Say Team A has a really great season, but the next year they suck and now they follow team B.They're definitely bandwagoners.

Well you couldn't determine that in a matter of days could you? If the person sticks with the team through thick and thing then no. But if next season the Cowboys win and he/she roots for cowboys well then bandwagon fan.

Well i wasn't talking about his athletic ability. His arm was a water pistol, but his leadership quality is what i liked about him.
